Before You Book
We want every visit to Glow Haus to feel easy, intentional, and worth your while. These policies help us take care of you — and everyone else on our books — as best we can. Please take a moment to read through before your appointment.
All prices are listed in USD at a rate of JMD $160. To secure your spot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking — this goes directly toward your total.
Please note: deposits are non-refundable, so if you're unsure about a date, we recommend waiting until you're certain before booking.
Life happens — we get it. If you need to cancel, we just ask for at least 12 hours' notice so we can offer your slot to someone else.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment, or cancellations without notice, will result in the deposit being forfeited.
We hold your appointment for up to 10–15 minutes if we haven't heard from you. If you know you're running late, please reach out — we'll always do our best to accommodate.
If we're unable to reach you after the grace period, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled. The full service fee will still apply in either case.
Missing an appointment without any notice means your deposit is forfeited. We understand things come up, but no-shows affect other clients who could have taken that slot.
Clients with repeat no-shows will be required to pay the full service amount upfront when booking future appointments.
Need to move your appointment? No problem — one reschedule is allowed per deposit, as long as you let us know at least 12 hours in advance.
Rescheduled appointments must take place within 14 days of the original booking date. After that, a new deposit will be required.
Glow Haus is a private suite, and we love keeping it that way. To maintain a calm, focused environment for everyone, we ask that you don't bring additional guests unless they have their own appointment.
We're also unable to accommodate children in the suite. We appreciate your understanding.
Your nail health matters to us. If your nails show signs of infection, fungus, or a condition that could be affected by our services, we may need to decline the appointment — for your safety and ours.
We also advise against applying nail extensions over severely damaged nails. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before booking and we'll guide you in the right direction.
We accept the following payment methods: online payment via PayPal, cash, and card payments via NCB terminal.
